SALES AGREEMENT

1. SUBJECT
The purpose of this Sales Agreement Preliminary Information Form is to outline the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers – Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the products listed below, sold by the SELLER to the ORDERING/PURCHASING PARTY (BUYER). By accepting this preliminary information form, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees that upon confirming the order, they are obliged to pay the order price, including any shipping fees, taxes, or other additional charges.

PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
4.1. The basic features of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, units) are listed on the SELLER’s website. You can review these features during the campaign period. Valid until the campaign date.
4.2. The listed prices on the site are the sales prices. Advertised prices and promises remain valid until updated or changed. Time-limited prices remain valid until the specified period ends.
4.3. The total sales price, including all taxes, of the goods/services covered by this agreement is shown in the table below:

GENERAL TERMS
5.1. The BUYER acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the product’s basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery on the SELLER’s website and has confirmed this electronically.
5.2. Each product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization designated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, not exceeding the 30-day statutory period. The BUYER reserves the right to terminate the contract if the product cannot be delivered within this period.
5.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product in full, in accordance with the specified order features, with warranty documents and manuals if available, free of defects, complying with legal standards, and exercising due care and diligence.
5.4. The SELLER may provide a product of equal quality and price with the BUYER’s explicit approval before the fulfillment period ends.
5.5. If the SELLER is unable to fulfill the order, they will notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
5.6. The BUYER acknowledges that failing to pay or canceling the payment for any reason will terminate the SELLER’s obligation to deliver the product.
5.7. The BUYER agrees that in case of unauthorized use of the credit card, resulting in non-payment by the bank or financial institution, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the SELLER.
5.8. In case of force majeure or unforeseen events, the SELLER will notify the BUYER, and the BUYER may request cancellation, replacement, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. Refunds for canceled orders will be made within 14 days.

Invoices are sent electronically to the buyer’s email after shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must be unused according to the “Non-Returnable Products” section. Required documents include:
7.1.1. Invoice of the delivered product
7.1.2. Return form
7.1.3. Product returned in original packaging, with all accessories, undamaged and complete
7.1.4. The SELLER must refund the total amount within 10 days and collect the product within 20 days
7.1.5. The BUYER is responsible for damages caused by misuse, but not for normal usage changes
7.1.6. Any campaign-related discount used will be canceled if withdrawal reduces the price below the campaign limit

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
8.1. Products not eligible for withdrawal include:
a) Goods or services with prices affected by financial market fluctuations
b) Customized goods according to consumer requests
c) Perishable or expiring products
d) Products whose packaging has been opened or cannot be separated
e) Digital content, software, or consumables whose packaging is opened
f) Periodicals except as part of subscription services
g) Services or activities performed at a specific date/time (travel, accommodation, entertainment, etc.)
ğ) Immediate digital services or intangible goods delivered instantly
h) Services started with consumer consent before withdrawal period ends

Cosmetics, personal care items, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs, CDs, and stationery must be unopened, unused, and undamaged to be returned.

DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
Turkish courts have jurisdiction. Turkish law applies.

For disputes within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, local Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction. For higher-value disputes, Consumer Courts at the location of the transaction or the consumer’s residence are authorized.

This agreement applies to individual consumers under Law No. 4077. Retail prices and terms comply with the Price Tag Regulation published in the Official Gazette on 28.06.2014. Orders considered commercial or wholesale will be canceled, and refunds issued.
