This study aims to address a weakness in the literature on Turkish homelands.
While the body of literature on Turkish homelands, particularly in recent years, has reached a significant volume, the subject remains far from being evaluated within a holistic framework.
Academic literature, partly due to academic discipline, is formed according to the priorities required by the scholar's field of study.
If the subject is addressed from a historical perspective, a historical framework prevails; if it is linguistic, a philological evaluation prevails; if it is an economic study, an economics-oriented approach prevails.

However, in a study of Turkish homelands from the perspective of Türkiye, culture is as important as history, language as much as economy, and current relations as much as future developments.
Considering this, in addition to detailed analyses of individual branches of science, studies that address the subject as a whole are essential.< Show More
