Sa'di's famous work titled GULISTAN was translated from Persian into Pre-Classical Chagatai by a writer under the pen name Sibicabi using the adaptation method, in 1397-1398, dedicated to Timur's grandson, crown prince Muhammad Sultan.

Chronologically the second Gulistan translation in Turkish literature, Sibicabi's Gulistan Translation or most commonly known as "Chagatai Gulistan Translation (Gulistan-ı Turkî)" was presented to the scientific world by Mehmet Turgut Berbercan as a PhD Thesis under the title "Chagatai Gulistan Translation" at Istanbul University in August 2011.
